		<description><![CDATA[So, the one thing no one seems to be asking in all this is what&#039;s IFTTT&#039;s biz model - you&#039;ve given them the keys to all your accounts (or oauth tokens at least) and no money. I find it hard to sign up to things now when I didn&#039;t see where the money is (I don&#039;t mind per se if it&#039;s advertising,  like Facebook, I just want to know before I hand over the keys).]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[what&#039;s cool about twitter is they massively underspecified the _protocol_, but let users arbitrarily extend it - I know some folks currently studying the evolution of successful (and unsuccessful) steps in twitter&#039;s evolution - things like re-tweets and mentions etc, and the very way it moved from asymmetric  tree micro-blogging to an actual multi-directional mesh relationship of users - for anyone to do the same in the face of fb &amp; twitter, they have to make an equally disruptive step - cleaner APIs for apps won&#039;t cut it - better privacy is a massive gamble too - but I agree you gotta like someone trying on that basis!!]]></description>
