The Telectroscope looks very cool, and some of the ideas further down in Tom Taylor’s post are just the kind of things we want to do with CODA before long.

A telecoms company installed screens like this in shopping malls in Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch a few years back, with an audio feed too. You’d get kids jumping about shouting, trying to attract the attention of people on the other side .. the modern version of pulling faces out the back window of the car I guess!
