apologies; the link I gave above seems not to work, but with the help of the NYTimes aggregator, I can now supply one that does — http://www.nytimes.com/2005/02/03/technology/circuits/03chef.html?ex=1265086800&en=86fc34262c705d47&ei=5090&partner=rssuserland — and it even includes a picture of the chef with some of his ‘edible photos and sushi’
